Purchasing steps

We can ship to: USA and US based territory, Canada,UK, Europe, China, Taiwan, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Mexico, Peru, Hawaii, Laos, Cambodia, Brazil.

Before purchasing please be aware of the shipping costs involved with your Transhippers as they’re the importers that will reship your fish to your address once it arrives in your country. Their contact details can be found at the bottom of this page for all the available countries.

Steps

Step 1:

Contacting a Transhipper: and requesting for a shipping and handling quote to reship your fish to your address, Transhipeppers will charge a service fee and a shipping fee once your fish arrives in your country and will send out invoice for these costs, it is advised to request to pay a few days up front by telling them the number of fish you ordered before these fish arrive to avoid shipping delays.

Step 2:

Choosing the type of fish you would like to order from the website is simple, each species that is available will be listed on the “Order wild bettas” page, simply click and you can browse all the varients i sell.

Step 3:

Payment: We accept Paypal as the main source of payment or if you do not have paypal we can also use western union but paypal is recommended as we know that our customers like to feel safe whilst ordering so paypal is the best choice.

Step 4:

Shipping :For shipping you can select the option of paying the shipping directly to me (ONLY available for USA orders at this time) for other countries please contact a transhipper and select use my own transhipper

*Please Note*

Shipping is paid directly to the Transhipper by you and payment for the fish is directly paid to me. However I do accept to take care of all the above process for you if you find it a hassle so feel free to request this.

TRANSHIPPERS

When contacting a Transhipper simply say that you want to order bettas from Indonesia and what the cost would be to ship to your address for the amount of fish you’re going to order from us. They will provide you a quote for shipping + their handling fee for the fish and if you’re happy with the order you can then contact me to process the order and select your fish.

Also note: If you’re located near them and able to pick up the handling fee they charge is roughly $5 per fish.
